Located in "Area 53" in Leoben-Göss, this is the country's largest genre-authentic Heavy Metal Festival, boasting a line-up of international top acts, a unique atmosphere, and an unforgettable weekend of headbanging and guitar riffs.

The newly renovated shelter in 2024 offers all ticket holders brand new indoor showers, WCs, and a spacious 400m² dormitory. Festival ticket holders who don't feel like setting up a tent can unroll their sleeping bags in the shelter and spend the night under the roof there.

⚔️ Bavarian Village (Sold Out)

An exclusive "Bavarian camping village" located directly in front of the shelter. Highlight 2025: For the first time in the history of the Area 53 Campsite, a mayor will be elected who will have the right/duty to "govern" the Bavarian Village for the duration of the festival.
